Non-Returnable Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Original artworks

  • Print-on-demand and made-to-order items, including fine art prints, framed prints, and home goods

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.

Replacement
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

  • Each case is reviewed individually
